Do NOT stay at this place. It is filthy and probably a fire-hazard. The entry area to our room was dirty and there were cigarette butts and papers strewn around. The ice machine was not marked and was a long walk over three long sections of the motel - and then in a dark room! The outlet in the bathroom was rigged so the dryer and coffee machine had to work off one outlet. The only other outlet was behind a table! The AC was not effective. The door was hard to open. They had no tissues in the room and when we asked, we were told there were none. The next morning, they could not give up a copy of our bill since their printer was not working. This place was awful enough that I doubt I will ever consider another Quality Inn --- EVER I am glad we did not try the restaurant or pool. While I cannot comment on them, I doubt they would have improved this terrible experience.

We booked a queen room. In the room we were assigned the shower would not shut off and was spraying water all over the bathroom when we arrived. We called the front desk to ask to be moved. They advised there were no other queen rooms available but would send someone to fix it. They called right back and told us that the hotel knew the shower was broken but it could not be fixed. We asked for another room. They again advised there were no queen rooms available and offered a double. We said that would not work. We asked if there were any king rooms. Were told yes but we would have to pay the difference. It took a call to the manager at home to get moved to an acceptable room without being charged more. The hotel seemed dirty and rundown but the king room seemed to have been more recently updated that the queen. In our initial reservation we requested extra pillows. When we checked in the front desk advised they were in the room. There were no extra pillows in the room. When we had to change rooms we asked again and were told they did not have an extras. The parking lots seemed empty so I am curious about the ""shortage"" of rooms. The front desk was certainly less than helpful. Overall, a BAD experience. If it hadn't been later in the evening and there had been anything else around, we would not have stayed.

This hotel seemed like a reasonable option for a stop over on a 12 hour drive. Howev er, on our return trip we just kept on driving. The hotel was dirty and smelled of mold and mildew. cost. The initial room we were given had not been cleaned from the last guest . We came back to the front desk and complained- the desk help never even apologized. We were traveling with a small child who needed ot use the rest room after many hours in the car- - we asked to be directed to a rest room while I completed the registration process and were told that "they had no rest room". We inquired about the resturant and were told it was closed and the child could not use the rest room. When we finally got into the second room it smelled of mildew, the beds were uncomfotable and we were concerned about fleas or other critters. It was not that the place was crowded and this was the best they could offer. There were a total of less than 10 cars in the parking lot ! All this for only $* less than the price of the Intercontenental in downtown Montreal! I will never stay at a Quality Inn again and will just keep on driving
